KITRI is a renowned fashion brand celebrated for its bold prints, bright colours, and distinctive patterns. They wanted their online store to reflect this, so enlisted the help of Brave the Skies to take their store to new heights.

Kitri is an independent fashion brand based out of London. Founded in 2017, Kitri’s mission is to create well-made hero pieces that are affordable. Kitri delivers limited stock to bring joy to its customers with playful pieces you can’t get anywhere else.
Kitri needed a crew to create a site that represented the vision and spirit of the brand. They wanted to better understand the UX and how they could better serve their customers.
Kitri accepted Brave the Skies’ solution, and the rescue mission began. First, the crew conducted an in-depth discovery session, working closely with Kitri’s internal team to deeply understand the brand and its customers. Kitri's customer base was women with disposable income and a penchant for vibrant self-expression who are to luxury brands while staying ethically minded. We delved into Kitri’s wants, needs and potential pain points consulting the Kitri team through how we’d do it.

Our design crew focused on implementing a vibrant and playful redesign of the Kitri site with the customer at the heart. The design team introduced an all-new typography giving a premium feel; they hand-selected a new header font — Ivy Presto — which, when paired with the vibrant new colour ways, communicated the fun and playful tone for which Kitri wished to be known. We also introduced all-new sections to elevate Kitri’s UX with the design team implementing interactions, animations and video, making the experience more interactive and engaging for Kitrie consumers.
Kitri stipulated that the new design be customisable enough to mirror the celebration of the individual that lay at the heart of the brand. Each of the sections had colour and font options, allowing Kitri’s internal teams to easily customise the site when needed having plenty of options which could be altered to suit seasons, sales or any other brand needs.
The new theme, UX enhancements and integrations had a clear impact with product discoverability and consumer satisfaction on the rise with improvements seen with an increase across total sales of 51%, online store sessions up by 36%, average order value up by 10% and total orders up by 5%.
Propelling Kitri to its next phase of growth was no mean feat, but our crew were up to the task — and they delivered. They continue to support Kitri’s growth retainer into the future, and beyond.
